Both plans are designed for departments of typical size and call volume — generally up to 100 active members. Departments with more than 100 members, very high monthly call volumes, or exceptionally large data storage needs (such as bulk document repositories or heavy file uploads) may be subject to adjusted pricing. There are no surprise overages — any adjustment is discussed and agreed to before it takes effect. Contact us if that sounds like your department and we'll work out a fair rate.

No. Our plans aren't licensed by the seat — add as many members as your department has and the price never changes. You won't hit a member cap or get surprise invoices when you bring on a new class of recruits.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Standard to HQ Plus at any time. Your data carries over completely and there's no migration required.
Most departments are live the same day. Deployment is automated — we configure your tenant, seed your data, and hand you the keys. If you're migrating historical data from a legacy system, that adds time depending on scope.

Not required — every department gets a subdomain on our platform. But if you want your own domain (like yourfd.org), we can set that up and manage it for you as an add-on.
